We make every effort to be responsible when it comes to the costs associated with medical care. Therefore, we request payment for all office services at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.
We accept, checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them and request your co-payments. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility.
We’ll assist in any way we can to help you in handling claims. We accept most major insurance plans including but not inclusive: Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, Atlantic Integrated Health, BCBS, Cigna, Medcost, Tri-Care, and Workers Compensation.

Dr. Gahlot recently completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology in Pittsburgh, PA. She will be working with the Lenoir Memorial stroke coordinator to establish Lenoir Memorial as a certified stroke center. Manasi Gahlot and her husband Vikram live in Kinston and have two children. Dr. Vikram Gahlot is a cardiologist with Kinston Cardiology Associates.
A recent grant of $282,898 from The Duke Endowment will go a long way in helping the Lenoir County area
with stroke awareness and treatment. This project will provide for the hiring of a stroke coordinator, developing a collaborative community stroke team and the exciting implementation of a telestroke robot in the hospital setting.
